At MASK, we are dedicated to molding driven medical assistants into skilled and confident healthcare professionals. Our mission is to restore quality patient care by reinforcing strong clinical foundations. Through in-depth skills labs and scenario-based simulations, we help MAs become more experienced and confident in applying their knowledge in real-world situations.

We emphasize the importance of the small details — the kind that impact safety, accuracy, and patient satisfaction. Our training is designed for:

MEEt the face behind the mask

Cynthia is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with over 12 years of hands-on experience in healthcare. After spending years in both clinical and instructional roles, she recognized a growing problem—many Medical Assistant students were completing online programs without ever receiving proper hands-on training.

This gap not only left students feeling unprepared and lacking confidence, but it also posed a risk to patient care and clinic performance. Cynthia founded MASK (MedicalAssist Skills Clinic) to bridge that gap.

With her unique perspective from both sides of the healthcare industry as a medical assistant and an instructor—Cynthia designed MASK to offer practical, immersive, and engaging skills labs that give students the confidence they need to succeed in real-world clinical settings. Through MASK, she’s on a mission to "unMASK your talent" and help the next generation of healthcare workers enter the field trained, confident, and job-ready.
